Family Wellness

Our Family Wellness program provides behavioral health services for children, up to 5 years old, who are enrolled in our Head Start program. Services include:

  • Assessment
  • Development
  • Individual and family group rehabilitation and therapy
  • Case management to connect children to services in the community
  • Intensive planning with a team of professionals and caring adults to assist in the success of the child

New Heights, Full Service Partnership for Transition Aged Youth (FSP-TAY)

A "whatever it takes" model of service in partnership with Santa Barbara County Behavioral Wellness (referral required) for youth ages 16 - 25 years needing socialization, independent living skills development, and intensive behavioral wellness support. Services include:

  • Direct funding for immediate needs
  • Individual and group rehabilitation and therapy
  • Case management to connect to services in the community
  • Intensive planning with a team of professionals and caring adults to assist in the success of the youth/young adult
